It’s that time of the year again! We are kicking off Operation Christmas Child: a project by Samaritan’s Purse that collects shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, and other goodies —and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. They are also presented with the Gospel on the same day. For many of these children, this box is the first gift they have ever received.

Last year we collected almost 700 boxes that were sent to countries like Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Ukraine. This is how you can get involved this year: 

1) Bring supplies for our upcoming Packing Party before October 14. Bins will be located at our Main Campus and Sunset center.

2) Sign up for the Packing Party. This year, we will host our packing party during We Serve (Project #8).

3) Pack a Shoe Box. Collect a flat box at the end of the service starting Sunday, October 22.  The final collection date for filled boxes is November 19.
